La Marzocco GB/5

I've found a Volumetric (AV) 2 group La Marzocco GB/5 for $5k.
Brand new these go for around $9.5-$10.5k
Do you think this is worth picking up for future use even if I don't have an exact plan in mind for it?
It's only 1yr old and in great shape. I just want to confirm that this is a good deal and worth picking up and holding on to. Or do you think that this machine can be found at this price reasonably easy?

If that doesn't work out, here's a nice LM I found in the Houston area: http://houston.craigslist.org/for/1592479724.html

They're also selling a Swift grinder for $1500.

Caveat emptor!

edited: I know the GS/5 is more hi-tech than the FB/70 I mention.

I scour the web for these daily. $5k is about as low as you can find them. Dealer cost on a 2 group manual (EE) is around $6300 and around $7300 for an AV.

I have one of these and several Lineas. The GB/5 is simply a much better performing machine but you can make a Linea nearly as good for the right amount of money.
