I don't know where my path for espresso madness will lead me in the years to come, but it has started with an Elektra Micro Casa a Leva. I've tinkered with it some using my Virtuoso, but I know I
need to find a real espresso grinder. I want to shorten or completely eliminate the upgrade path in my search and have two grinders in mind that should facilitate that goal. My two choices are a
Ceado E37s and a Mahlkonig K30 Vario. It seems like comparing these two and choosing one over the other is like choosing a really flavorful vanilla ice cream over a chocolate ice cream of equal
quality and flavor. There are no wrong or bad choices to be made here. I do think both of these grinders are overkill for my current espresso machine, but if I can buy one now, why not do it.
What's your opinion.

Mazzer Super Jolly!
+1 everything else is junk!!
Ok not really but its fun to say. Super Jolly FTW, I bought mine for $120 off eBay back when Starbucks liquidated them early 2000's Only replaced the burrs twice and I don't think I needed to.

Nonsense! K30 FTW! 3.5 seconds for a perfect fluffy pile dead center into your PF...doesn't get any sweeter, although I do love sea-salted caramel..err...bittersweet brownie bits chocolate...err...nevermind!

Isn't the K30 being used again for the Batista championship?

How many barista championships has Mazzer help win? Pwn
