Are you handy?  Snag it and flip it.  Could be a great winter project...  That price sounds too low, to me...  I'd be all over it like white on rice.

Problem is it's a 3-group. Most folks I know with coffee shops want a service agreement when they buy equipment. Now if you wanted to open an espresso catering service/kiosk then this would be THE machine for you.
