Finally Finished Building a Thermofilter for the Gaggia Classic

Here is what she looks like.

It took me a few tries to get her right, and I had a good coach, but now I can read what the temperature is at the brew group regardless of what it says on the PID readout.  In my case, the offset is around 18 degrees.  This morning I am going to do a round of tests.
