New bean cooler tray
« on: December 26, 2008, 03:18:08 PM »
From Chinese restaurant supply store, top and bottom view, its the center piece to a huge 3 piece steamer, fortunately each piece sold separately.  This ought to handle a full charged RK no problem.  I will be using on top of what the store called a "Whole House Circulater", basically, a big fan.

That looks like something I need!

I've been thinking about making a cooler with some stirring arms like a pro-roaster, and this would be a great starting point.

How much was it?

Well, it was a gift for Christmas.  But, the first one I ever saw was $50, although it was manufactured a little sloppy with defects which in turn made me not purchase it.  The friend who was with me at that time took my step daughter to another "higher class" Chinese restaurant supply and found this one which is very well made.

Tested size and it fits perfect over the Patton Whole House Ciculator.
