have been away...roasting commercially now
« on: May 23, 2016, 06:30:04 PM »
Just wondering if there are any others here who roast commercially? I've been roasting at a company now for a month and have to say I really enjoy it, but sometimes miss my BM/HG roaster in the garage. Seems to be hard to use after learning on the Diedrich we have (ir-12).

I'm looking forward to doing more computer profiling after some modifications.

Anyway, might try to keep the hobby side going but it is becoming more and more difficult.

I don't think fleas drink coffee.
