Hello fellow GCBC Members:

It's been a while since I got one of these sent out so lets start here and go !!

First News:
it's BOOberry Season !!

Yes, it's that time of the year again, and that Special Year again where we are blessed with the strong Blueberry notes in our Ethiopian Coffee's.
I have two really good ones here now, and one other I am cupping, which if it's BOO then we got a Trio O BOO's.  If not, this one is still super good with the fruit notes, as standard Eth's generally go, so you will see it anyways, im just letting it finish developing so I can tell you what all is in it !!

I have some other coffee's I got up as well and a bunch more on the way in.  Instead of making everyone wait an extra week for them to finally ALL get cupped and posted, Im putting this out NOW, and will be adding new coffees pretty much Daily.

REMEMBER:  Sometimes it can take a while for e-mails to reach you, we have over 1800 members now, so it takes some time for the server to spit the mails out.  We have to throttle them so we don't get dinged for spamming.  With that, popular coffees can move VERY FAST.  If you remember, two seasons ago, I sold almost 900 Lbs of BooBerry in 19 Hours !!

So how do you make sure you get the coffee's while they are HOT !! 

Your best bet will always be to ALWAYS CHECK THE FORUM. Don't wait for an e-mail that may or may not make it to you.  New offerings are always posted in the forum and will appear there way before any e mails may hit you.

You will receive ONE e mail with ALL my offerings listed in it.  This one e mail will have links to ALL of my offerings and their cupping notes for you to go and order on.  In this instance I will just add the new coffee's to the forum and then change this post to accommodate the new listings.  I do NOT want to be spamming people 7 - 8 times a week every time I drop a new coffee.

Second News:   I have more DECAF listed here.  I also have one bag of a really good Eth Decaf which I will get up in a few days as well once I get it cupped.   I've been slacking a bit on the Decaf's and I apologize for that, and will try to keep at least a few going at all times here when possible, as I know many of you actually drink it now!   

Isn't it amazing how far the technology has progressed on Decafs?   A decade ago they were barely drinkable, now you can't tell them from the real thing anymore, many times.

Third News:
I have 30 lb boxes available now so you can get more of your coffee fix per shipment!

I have using UPS now as our carrier for about a year now, as they have much cheaper rates that the post office, are MUCH more reliable and easier to work with.  As a reminder, I use the address you have listed in your pay pal to ship to, so if your UPS address is DIFFERENT than the PayPal address, PLEASE put a note or DM me with this info.  When your boxes get returned undeliverable, that just costs more money to get it to the right address.

Finally, as always, if you have any Questions, Suggestions, Comments, etc,  PLEASE post them in the Forum !!

India - Robusta

A light essence of Burning Innertubes with a waft of dead skunk in the aftermath, (it was nesting in the tire you burnt)
No - but seriously, it's Robusta, NOT known for flavor profiles really, it's to Boost the STRENGTH of your coffee.
To be honest, I try to pick better Robusta's that are a bit smoother on the palate and not so harsh to the taste buds, but well.

Brazil General Utility

This is STILL a specialty grade coffee, but at the lower end.  It's very good flavor, very drinkable, still Light Years ahead of big Blue, big Red or Charbuxxx, but is typically rather one dimensional.  It's a great general use coffee, and excellent for seasoning in new roasters etc.  You got volunteered ...again...to provide the coffee for XXX club, this fits the bill nicely, most if not all of them will love it, and it won't cost you 7 dollars a pound either.  (Hate giving Don Perignon to wino's?  THIS one does it!)

This batch, actually is a bit Chocolatier in it's flavor so again, is not bad really, just not esquisite as we generally tend to go for here.

Folks - quick message.

PLEASE make sure your shipping info is CORRECT in pay pal, and the address you have listed there is on that UPS can ship to as well.

if there are any changes to be made PLEASE make them on the pay pal notes, or you can DM me here with them.

This will make getting these literal TONS of coffee out much faster.

Also, the Boo Berries,  I have bags and bags on standby, as I am anticipating this one exploding again. so for THOSE TWO ONLY, if you over run them on orders, I can cover them.  I'll let you all know when we finally do run low on THOSE TWO ONLY and stop ordering.
