If it had a collapse-able stand I think this might be the ultimate backpacking pourover.
Of course at that point, an old sweat sock may accomplish the same job here. Aaron
Ok! I got two for $12 on Amazon! We have tried them and they work well. We both prefer the French press, but this is great for portability and a good cup of coffee. I am using a finer grind with it with better results. I'm also using two scoops of coffee (.5+ ounces) per 12 oz of water - after adding the water I stir the grounds to make sure they've all gotten plenty wet - let it sit for 4 minutes. You can use this on any size cup. It's even easy to empty and clean up! I give it a thumbs up. Btw, I also got a Tea Forte cup with stainless steel basket and tried that with coffee. It works ok, but I like the Brew Buddy better.
