"Greatly improved chaff collection and smoke control ... this machine should be able to roast indoors"  ::)

"RS-232 port for computer control of the roaster and logging of roasts. "

Really?

RS-232 is way 80'ish.

What happened to USB?

Maybe I missed where it said rs-232, but

"USB port for saving, loading, and sharing of profiles.
Touch screen control as well as computer control through USB port."

It sounds really cool, however I am having a really hard time believing the the veracity of the 1000 gram batch size claim on a 15 amp circuit.

I did what you did in opposite ... I missed the USB port.

The RS-232 is for connection to a computer for logging roasts. You would have thought they would go for another USB port.

model P goes for $1000, no chance in high water that at 4x the capacity that it'd be priced $1500.
I sure hope I'm wrong though...
