The Speed control is an extension cord dimmer switch.

I have a second fan for cooling but have never used it. For now it's a back up fan.

I have a slide on the drum that makes it either solid or perf by just sliding a handle.

Having to tilt the machine is the only thing that bugs me about this machine but it might be fixed now, I was a fairly early adopter.

The burner is silly good I think, never had issues with it.

It came with the roaster but I'd really like to source something like it as a back up.

This would be a good foundation for fabricating a roaster....After looking at the Huky, it doesn't seem all that much of a challenge. The Lysander pro 200 looks simple enough as well.

It's simply a drum sitting on top of the burner. The cool part is the fan drawing the air.
