Yeah, even this one is relatively cheap (http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/bfs/1170556358.html) - $950 is a great catch - THX!

BTW - if you want to do a search of Craig's List that covers all areas use this Google search format. The green item is the web-site you want to search, red items are what you're looking for & blue ones are Boolean connectors. This search is for anything posted in the last 24 hours. Copy & past the entire string into the address bar of your browser.
