If you cut a hole in the counter ask for a plug from the same material that you can glue in if you ever sell the house..
It will not look great but much better than just a empty hole :)

This whole project was done so i never have to move  :)

I think I need one of your tampers and a holder like SYP wants.Nothing to dark

Thank you, I had never attempted anything like this before it has been a lot of work.

A machine like Peters is already in the plans   :)But I want bigger roaster first  :)
