Here are the burrs inside the Taiwan Shop Grinder - You-Wei CM-520A (also know as "Flying Eagle")   Ground on one side of the burr teeth - 3 3/8" diameter

Are these referred to as "ghost" burrs?  I have seen the reference but never a picture.

Yes. The grindmaster type crushing burrs are know as "ghost burrs" in Chinese.  Lost in translation :)

Same language problem goes with their roasters (baking machines): direct fire, semi-direct fire, semi-hot air, etc..
