Hario Slim, Kyocera CM-45
« on: September 04, 2012, 12:30:02 PM »
Does anyone here know if parts are interchangeable on these two grinders? I know I have heard that they are basically the same grinders. The shaft on my Hario Slim is bent I've tried to straighten it but have been unsuccessful. I'm considering buying a Kyocera replacement body which includes the shaft from Orphan Espresso since I can't find Hario replacement parts.

Wow that's an answer!! Thanks Yakster you're awesome. I can't justify a Lido because I don't use the Hario that often only occasionally at work and when traveling. I thinking I will go with the Kyocera CM-50 with the lower bearing kit from Orphan Espresso.
