This got me thinking that I may just want to get a better extinguisher. The Halon unit I bought for use with my Gene Cafe may just not be enough.

anyone have suggestions on what might be the best option for a 1-2 kg roaster? ok a 5k? (so its not too bad a hijack)
Actually I noticed some reconditioned CO2 extinguishers on Ebay. I'll post it over in "finds"
