Bunn g9-2 HD analog grinder how to adjust amount of grind

So a long time ago I bought a bunn g9-2 hd dual hopper for my church. the left side hopper grinds infinity and the right opens the grind gate for only a few seconds resulting in about a 1/3 of the grinds needed. Does anyone know how to adjust the timer for the gate on these? I looked at the manual and it doesn't show it or explain it well other than to say it can be done.

I saw on one description that the lower panel can be removed so I plan on that but if anyone knows the real secret let me know.

Found it there is a lower panel in front you remove and Viola there is a digital dosing meter set to seconds. It's actually super awesome. So if anyone needs to find it just remove the lower from panel 2 screws and then there is instructions on the back of the panel. my left was set for 48seconds and my right was at like 3 or something all adjusted to 14.5 seconds now.
