Quest M3 PID

So I just received a Quest M3 for Xmas, and so far I'm in love with it. However, I'm also a huge lover of data logging and to some degree advanced control. With that in mind, I'd like to investigate what hardware I would need to put together a PID controller for this roaster. I already have a TC4 on order, and I'm waiting on probes from Eric S. So my next step is to look into the parts for the PID controller.

I've reached out to a few people on here, but most of those people haven't been on the forum in years and I have low hopes of them getting back to me.

Haha...I did.  I was having a hard time getting answers.  Hope I didn't offend anyone by doing that.

Nah just that these forums tend to have 1:1 ratio's of users and so if they see your post at H-B or CG they probably won't respond here as well. But it looks like you got some advise. Hopefully it works out for you. How do you like the Quest m3?

Loving the quest!!  After a few test batches I stepped it up to my Nekisse and Tchembe and was thrilled with the results.  So excited to try out the Semeon abay here soon.

Right on. I haven't seen many quest users around here it would be cool for you to post a review and such once you get it up and running.
