I need to borrow a scace device
« on: February 19, 2010, 10:37:23 AM »
Anyone know where I can borrow/rent a Scace device for a few weeks? I want to do some testing of my Bunn ES-1A and it's temp stability, but I hate to buy one for this one-time use.

Email me with leads,
TIA

I saw someone on the Home-Barista site has one to rent out.

I'd support something like that. We had a pretty good system for passing around Susan's portafilter mounted pressure gauge, and it served the Gaggia forum well for a couple of years.

Anyone want to volunteer to be the keeper?

Thanks for volunteering Tex... that's mighty kind of you!

BTW I just send Susan's PF gauge back to her just before I came to Ethiopia.

I can be the keeper... probably set something up on our website. How would you envision it working?
