Someone sent me this link for an old-style, but new, Cunill Tranquilo and says he negotiated the price to $230.

YMMV

$339 to $239?
How did he do that?

The vendor hadn't sold one in years, so they're new old stock.

Ok. I can see how that works.
Great price. As I recall they used to go for $235 before.

The $339 price was always too much and unnecessary since Sovrana sold it for $235 for at least 5 years; but this does beat Sovrana Store's new price of $275.

Yeah, maybe that is why he never sold much of them.

I know I'm reviving an old thread ... but this is great to know. I just went and checked the Sovrana Store and the price of a new Cunill Tranquilo espresso grinder is $275.00. This is a great price of a new high quality inexpensive espresso grinder.
