I am out of the convalescence / gimp care, whatever you want to call it and back home able to function again, somewhat.
i have help now to help me with the coffee,
ALL orders will ship out tomorrow.
they are way behind and i am sorry, between hospital stays and bad reactions to medicine etc, i was not expecting 8 days in worthless mode due to a blood infection. my left arm is still wrecked and pretty useless, however i do have someone to help me lift boxes and bags and get them shipped so stuff will start going back out as they shoudl have been
ill give a more detailed update tomorrow some time after i get all caught up on everything and announce the shipping tracking and all that good stuff.
i have a lot of coffee i been sitting on i really need to get out. i am getting stuff put back together and hoping i can do a roast - a - thon thursday to get the new samples, and cup some of the samples i roasted a while agoand get them out.

JM 1ZF741820337150794, from March 31, is still showing as "UPS Ready for Package". I called UPS, but they said you have to initiate an investigation since they show only that the label was printed.

yah there's a bit problem with that package.
it along with a bunch of others got stolen from the drop off place.
long story short, im ending up eating a lot of packages and resending as they 'investigate' as they don't want to pay the fucking insurance so are playing games, it could take 60 days, it's an active investigation with law enforcement bla bla bla. well they could recover then we paid you for a package that was delivered wonk wonk wonk.
it appears yours was one of the packages in that group, the time frame fits. ill have another one off to you. ill use the same tracking, just reprint the label since theyclaim they never got it.
i apologize for the delay, your package should be in their posession later today or tomorrow.

If you were able to ship out my last order of Bali Kintanami placed on July 6th I haven't received it.
Not knowing how you're getting on I haven't inquired but if you're shipping, they screwed us again at ups.
If you can look into it at your convenience I'd appreciate it.

hd rider last i checked everything was out. lets give them to about 7 pm today to pick up the latest run, i had him call the ups depot to let them know there are packages waiting to be picked up.
the drivers are supposed to stop and pick them up if anything is waiting but they don't always do that anymore, and sometimes he has to call and complain tht he has packages backing up, then they tell the driver, quit being lazy go pick up the gd packages.
this way it gets them a chance to get everything scanned. i also found one package that was not picked up from last delivery, it was still sticking in the pile, it was a 5lb order so thinking it might have fell behind the cart or something, i honestly don't know. but anyways.
if it is not in the system tomorrow am ill stop by again and raise hell with ups.

this gets so old.
ups used to have superb customer service imo.
then they gave their drivers that 50 dollar / hr raise to drive a fkn truck, really?
so they made up the billion by killing everything else.
they cut all the customer service centers, closed them down, now you may get a mom and pop store as an outlet, they pay them like 25 cents a package or something for every package they receive in, not much. then they have to wait for a ups driver to come pick the stuff up. if the driver is busy, or just lazy, it can sit there for a few days. if the place is in a bad part of the hood, and gets robbed, well guess what, you are shit out of luck, because even though the package was scanned in, it was not in ups's posession, so they wont insure that loss. they cut corners everywhere trying to make that money back and the service is just terrible now. can't get anyone on the phone barely anymore, claims are just stupid to make when it used to be, ok yah we see, ok money is in your account.
this planet needs a nuke. lets go back to the good days before this internet garbage and all this automated bs, where people talked to other people, and people took care of and looked out for each other, instead of looking for a way to take advantage of you

But on a cheerier note, I just got the ups notification my package is out for delivery today. They can usually find my house once they send that notification.

These packages were dropped off at the ups access point last tuesday, then again on friday for a few more. when i was there friday i noticed that tuesday's packages were still sitting in the back, so i asked why and was told, the owner is on vacation. i told him, that should not matter because as soon as he scans them in, they should alert ups to come pick them up. he said he didn't know how to scan the packages in, so i had to show him how to use his %$^& scanner to scan the gd packages in to get them in the system.
ups picks up on saturday, but did not for some reason, sometimes the drivers won't pick up on weekends, not sure why, just because a package is in the system does not mean they'll stop to get it right away, especially since it's just ordinary shipping and i didn't charge you 32 dollars extra for 2 day shipoping.
ill head in monday morning (the owner is supposed to be back then) first thing and see wtf, and ask why he doesn't train his people better, although i have a feeling he can't. its a mom and pop store, the other guy is his piece of shit kid. so yah, i get it, don't like it but understand.
ever since they closed down their customer service centers, ups been nothing but grief. the ups is orders of magnitude worse, which is why we are with ups now, and the po won't ship anything over 20 lbs either without you taking a second mortgate on your house.
so once again.
here we are, waiting for packages to be picked up.
im half tempted to just bite the bullet, pay them their 18 dollars to just come to the house once a week and pick the packages up from here, that way i know they got them and they are in the system. sadly, unlike a mailman where it's the same person and you can befriend them, and bribe them with fresh coffee, eggs, and honey, the ups seems to have 20 different drivers on this route so, that route is not available to me where i could work out a deal with the man.
these packages should get to by mid week or for those on the west coast, thursday or so.
