Where would be a good place to buy a Motor Switch for my roaster?
I would like a switch with a light with 2 on/off in one.
i.e. If turn up the my control system will turn it on/off
if turn down it will manually be control.
The reason I want to do this, jic my computer goes bad. I can still roast.
Thanks,

Two places I'd suggest:
Newark Electronics (http://www.newark.com/)
Digikey (http://www.digikey.com/)
Not knowing what exactly you want to switch, I cannot recommend a switch.
The key would be knowing the current (amps) and how many circuits you want to switch when you switch to on/off.
