I know nothing of this item or seller, but this looks like it'd be a natural for a mid-volume business.

I have a Santos Espresso grinder, great machine, quiet.. This seems like a good deal to me.

That would be the bees knees for a shop that did a lot of two different preps, say espresso and press pots.

Only problem is, aren't Santos made in France? That'd grind on me after awhile!
