In an effort to keep all of the distributors offerings separate, I've made this nifty page where my current offerings and anything incoming is discussed.
Aaron is out of the loop for a bit due to an accident but I'm still distributing and will continue to do so.
It contains links to
cupping notes which is different from the actual
offering page for each of my offerings. Pricing, availability, and other details are on the
offering page .
In short, I start scoring with a 65 point base number then grade for acidity, body, flavor, sweetness, aftertaste, and balance. I don't award any bonus or "cupper correction" points as these should be reflected in the correct category.
I offer specialty grade coffee <over 85> which has just gotten expensive. I'm typically shooting for an 86 minimum but with current pricing models sometimes I'll be a bit lower. I'm picky about in-cup quality and stingy with ratings.

Peru Estresllas Organic Lot 1 washedI roasted a full batch to City. Pleasant, washed clarity and high sweetness. Milky chocolates and caramel/vanilla with smooth body, low orange acidity. A clean, good tasting cup. 85.

Was cool so I snagged a sack. 1st full roast was very similar so glad I snatched it.
