Happy New Years
« on: January 07, 2025, 09:28:25 AM »
Well, here we are in 2025.

I want to wish a Happy New Year to everyone and hope you all have a much better year this year.

I have been gone the past 5 days and am just now getting back and getting back on trying to catch things up here.

All orders up to 2 jan HAVE SHIPPED,  so unless there was an issue, and I have reached out to you on those... your package should be well on it's way if not there already.

I have some big plans for 2025 here, and something MAJOR which I will be announcing shortly to the entire group, but until I get it totally ready, Ill keep it under my finger :D

Right now I am in the process of trying to reconcile my books and get everything straightened out and my new coffee's sorted, ROASTED and then putup for sale here.  I have 7 new origins I will be offering up in the next weeks here.

So please give me a few more days here to get my Ledgers caught up here.  The new tracking and math installed, and verified, and the new shipping crap set up so hopefully we can get tracking numbers out in a more orderly fashion here.

I think you are going to like what I am going to do here.

Stay tuned.

Aaron

This is taking a bit longer than I anticipated.  I way underestimated the work i had in front of me.
I just got done bagging over 1700 Lbs of coffee getting it labeled and ready to ship.
NO that is NOT a typo, YES I have just bagged close to a TON of coffee here.
I am sitting on way over a ton, I had some already bagged, but moving on.
This way its ready to go, so when the orders come in it's snatch and bag and out the door, the time to bag it has been removed already in an effort to try to get them out the door faster than I have been last year.

Yah im a bit behind, but will be totally caught up with everything and all packages will be out today at about 3 pm is when he comes and then tomorrow morning when I drop the rest off at the UPS outlet.

Still though.
I have NOT roasted the coffee I need to.  I have 7 origins I need to roast, 10 in total samples.  These past few days been awful,  below freezing and wind blowing like mad outside.  Sorry but I am not standing out side in sub freezing temps with a 25 mph wind to roast coffee.  It'd be a nightmare trying to control it anyways.  Even in the garage it's challenging.  I either close the door and smoke myself out, get a nice buzz but feel like shit the next day, or leave the door cracked and the cold plays hell with the roast process.

I anticipate Friday being able to roast, if not then we'll try saturday, or Sunday Ill do a few when im at the track racing.  Ill snatch some roasts between runs.  Hell if anything it'll help me warm up in the trailer :)

Ill get the site updated hopefully by Monday... well probably next tuesday / wednesday in totality and also be able to announce my big 'event' for ya'all.  Seriously I think you are really going to like this.  I just got off the phone with my accountant on how to do it properly and yah.. it's a go !!

The important thing, by tomorrow ALL ORDERS that do not have problems will be on their way!

and finally FWIW
once I get it all roasted I will be having 23 different coffee's for sale,  and if you want to count all the bubba stashes I am going to be putting up, umm closer to 60 as I sell down all my 'stashes' from the past year or so's distro's to those who may want.

Were getting there,  again I apologize, I sincerely thought Id have been able to get thru tis a bit faster than I am.  The weather and a burst water pipe did not help speed things up either.

EDIT: you can't see them but the milk crates, there are two more rows behind those!  All those roll around cans are full as well, and the one on the back wall, holds about 500 lbs, is also full.
