Heyo Ya'all.  Bubba here,  gittin ready to clean the basement out again!

I got a lot of coffee's piled up over the past year I really want to get moving here so plan on popping them up here pretty fast and often.

Remember now:   Some of these coffee's may not be the freshest,  they been sitting in the basement, however just because a coffee sat around a lil bit does NOT mean it's Bad!!!   It may not have exactly the same subtle nuances and voc's it may have when brand spankin new but still taste wonderful.

How many of us has dug up an one bag o sumtin brewed it and went.  oh man, that STILL taste awesome!!!!

I have here a box, taped up and ready to go of the Peru - Las Damas I was schlepping earlier this year.  The customer never followed through on the order, and i was too lazy to rip the box open to recover the beans, and didn't want to waste the box either, so here it sat, waiting for someone to order another 20 lb, which din't happen.

I got a lot of beans that have been piling up and I really need to go thru and get them out of here.  I don't need, I don't WANT a 400 lb stash of bits and pieces.  You'd have thunk I'd have learned that lesson a decade ago, but Nooooooo.   Oh I just will keep a few pounds of this one for myself, what will that hurt???  heh

Wstider, not sure why that happened.  As far as i can tell the notification for the threads IS working.  THis one don't get mass mailed to the masses like a distriution does.

I'll be having a lot more up here soon.
This weekend I have some stuff goiing on so won't be home most of it, but after that I'll be mr homestead for a bit, trying to get everythign here back up to snuff, coffee all caught up with MY end of it (mostly admin and new incomings) and cleaning the dump and doing yard / garden work.

I need a room mate or something to do yardwork for me, who would love to be paid in coffee.  Id offer the job to the bird but he makes more of a mess then he cleans up!!

Now some NOTES:

1.  It comes AS IS, there are NO refunds on Bubba Offerings.
2.  This one is a bit older, so go a bit gentler on the heat, don't pump it in there it will take off on you.  Take it to first, then a bit before second but be a bit gentle on the heat, it won't take as much as when it was a bit moister.
3.  Boo's love REST, a LOT of it.  don't be afraid to let this one rest a week, or two, or even three.  They are a bit older but the spirit of BOO IS still in there, just need to give it time to work it's way to you.  Even fresh green crop these really needed a good week to start hitting the desired BOO notes.  Don't be in a hurry, you'll appreciate what it gives you if you take your time.
