UPS redid their stuff and I thought I had it correct but apparently not. I got home wednesday from a long weekend in south florida, another funeral, sigh, only to find that 7 packages i had shipped were returned to me.
Ive been on the phone for several hours with UPS, getting customer service from them is awful now, and we should have it worked out.
I printed the labels for the packages, but i guess i didn't tick a box or something and they got the packages, because i dropped them at my normal drop off point, but when they actually GOT them in their office, they said they needed more info from me, so sent an e mail to me, which i never received, which it turns out was to an address i never heard of before. They have my phone, why didn't they call?
they waited a week, then sent all the packages back to me, since i never replied telling them what to do, (why couldn't you just fucking deliver them and bill me later like you do with every other stupid thing??)
i will be working tonight to re label, and repack a few since they got bonked up and get ALL of them ready by tomorrow morning. I have an 745 am doctors appointment again tomorrow, so will be out of there by 830, the ups store over there opens at 9 and ill be waiting at their door to drop them off in person. If you were sent any shipping / tracking numbers, they are null and void, ignore them, you'll get getting a new number later today as i process them.
This is really frustrating for me and i can only imagine how pissed off you are waiting weeks.
orders from may 24 to today are affected, there looks like 16 total,
after i get them packed and ready as an.. appeasement, i don't know what else to call it, if you ordered up to 10 lbs of coffee from me from may 24 to jun 6 ill refund 5 dollars, if you ordered more ill refund 10. if you sent f and f, ill send it as a new transaction instead of a refund due to how that works.
I am so tired here, it seems like every time I get ahead i get slapped. I really wish there was a way to put the world on pause, it's friday night, im crawling into bed, do not wake me up until monday morning! unfortunately with pets, that's not an option. the world is ending at about 703 am if I am not feeding the chicken mooches and then the world is exploding at about 704 am when the chickens start pecking on the window to get my attention and the cockatoo sees them, on HIS porch!!
I am hoping this weekend to get some coffee's posted, i spent all last week before my trip roasting them so they are ready to cup and schlup
HOPEFULLY we get some blueberry but i am going to have to tell you to wait on that. i roasted some, but was having some control issues and they came out darker than i anticipated. not really seeing the blue like i like to see it. I will re roast them a bit lighter this time and see if i pop the blue. i have a feeling they'll be much better at a lighter roast but have to know for sure before posting. the darker roast might not be a lost roast, they still taste really good, and ive seen from years past, that sometimes a dark roast can take 10 days or more to start showin da bloo, so, we'll let that one rest another week while the new roast gets it's initial rest and keep fingers crossed that it does blue out for us.
i have a bunch of decaf's too and other origins, right now its a matter of getting existing updated, and new ones up posted and of course bagged, that is time consuming ugh.
my health, fingers are better, well one is, the shoulder is getting better, neck still sore but a bit better but not sure if that is healing or all the drugs /roids them put into me, which i really do not like. Thyroid, well, it is what it is, mental health. oh forget it, that's gone forever!! But hey at least the bird is not being as pesty so there is a plus sidr!
ill re post with an update after i get all caught up and then when the packages are actually in ups hands.
