Three teenagers in the house and there are grownups doing kitchen chores?!? Maybe you have them chopping wood and mucking out the barn instead? 
When ours were teens, we always had the chores listed, one by one. Every 3 months, we rotated, with the next person getting to pick first, second, etc. Always seemed to work out. We too shared the cooking responsibility, with each of the girls cooking once per week. One biggy in our house was, "We are eating together -- there will be no phone calls taken during our evening meal together."
Worked or so both have reported back to us with words of thanks from their adulthood.
