$1,200 in burrs alone makes that a relatively cheap grinder :-)

Two headed dragon. Wow, again.
To make the best bread or pastry, grains have to be ground right before preparation. Now, that is an idea.

Three headed cerebrus :)  One for espreso, one for coffee, one for grains.  But.. why?  Vitamix can do it all! :D

Todd..... I see the double grinder but is that yet another one behind it?  You must have a 3 group espresso machine too?

Actually, there is a barely visible Baratza Vario pouting behind the Guatemala overshadowed by the EKK.  The Vario was the starting espresso grinder, the Guat detents are way too wide to play espresso games.  I was going to go to a nice K10, but then I got a sweet price on a flat burr Mahlkonig K30, and then I asked about the EK...

Don't be silly, a three group espresso machine would be way overkill!

Yeah.. A compact two group would be just right. If only I had a larger breaker box:)

You know you have the right size grinder when your lights flicker when it starts up.
