Hello everyone:

In an effort to communicate better with everyone, I have a new topic / thread on the forum.
Order / Issues.

It seems that sending DM's via pay pal is not always working, and often times people do NOT include other means to contact them when they pay (for a sold out coffee  >:(  ) or the e mail is bad or they blocked DM's in pay pal and I have no clue who they are here etc etc.

With this, I will post issues in this thread. 
I WILL NOT post address' of our members but I will post your name you sent the pay pal thru.

For example:   Joshua Johnstone, I need a good address from you to ship to.  DM ME a full shipping name / address to get your order.

For example:   Johnathan B - that coffee has been sold out for over a month, can you please pick something else and DM me

For example:   Marcus Macaw - your order is 10 dollars short, please send the remaining $$ and ill get it right out.


I would PREFER that you Private Message Me / Direct Message me the info in the forum here or to the orders e mail, and NOT POST IT HERE, however if you wish to post your address / phone numbers that's on you!

I am doing this in an attempt to provide ONE ACCESS POINT that I know people have access to, to get any important messages I have to send them.

If you are identified as having an issue here, please contact me with the info requested in Private Messages.
DO NOT start a conversation in this thread, I do not want to create a mess for others to try to sift thru.
Once an issue is resolved, I will remove the post from this thread so as to keep it neat and simple.

Any questions on this please  feel free to ask.

Hello David:

The coffee you ordered is currently sold out and there is no more of that one left that I am seeing.

I will have another brazil posting in a day or so it's a peaberry and really good, unfortunately a bit more expensive too.

if you want you can swap out anything else that is close in price to what you ordered or wait a few days to see the rest of what i post and then change your order that is ok too.

please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Hello members:

Just a quick reminder. 

Per board policy which is in all of our offering directions, and was:

A) established to avoid theft
B) lessen the chance for shipping snafu's
C) increase the likelihood of tracking misplaced shipments

All of which lead to happy coffee roasters

We ship to the addresses on file with Paypal.  If that is not where you want it shipped, change it in Paypal.

All orders made since Sunday will ship this friday.  I got broken fingers on one hand and a broken thumb on the other, among other bumps and bruises and just got finished with the last set of tests and crap...    MRI, CT scans, X rays, Ultrasounds,  bloowork, urine.. the works..

ill be at home all next week so will get a lot more new stuff up etc etc.  i got a lot of new coffees now, so you gonna have a nice choice

Sorry to learn of your injury.  I recently fell (I'm 88) and was really lucky in that i didn't break anything. Still, that fall plus a couple of kidney stones have really put me down.  Best, Hank

It has been just over 3 weeks since I placed my order/and paid to AScholten and still no word one way or the other.
I do worry about this distibutor as they have many orders waiting and I see no response in just over a month......

He got his sholder fkd up when backed over by a semi and then a series of follow on issues.

I would expect a post shortly, but with a broken hand and shoulder typing is hard.

Oh, man that's a shame. Aaron, I made an order back on June 1, just wanted to check up and make sure you received it. No rush while you convalesce (my wife has those starbuck's k-cups for now).

Everything is on it's way, you should all be seeing them in a few days.
Man i am really getting disappointed with ups.  It seems that since they lost that strike to the drivers and started paying them stupid money to drive a truck, that they took it out from everywhere else.   First they closed down the service centers, and you have to either pay them to come pick the stuffup now, or take it to one of their drop off centers, which literally, can be like a CVS drug store or quickie mart, and leave it in their hands to get to them.

I tried to set it up as an auto thing, just come here and get them, but they said Id have to be here in person which makes no sense.  You can't get anyone on the phone who can help you, you get the india call center and, ill have a manager call you  back, which never happens.

This last time, they redid there website and I had to do some things differently.  Normally I just use the default when scrolling through the like 7 pages you go thru for EACH package, but for some reason they said they needed some additional info or some crap, which, why didn't they call me?  They claimed they sent a message to my e mail which is an e mail i never seen before, so the packages sat at their place for a week? waiting for a reply, then they sent them all back to me.  This i do not understand because if i make a mistake like i put the wrong dimensions on a box, they just bill my account and ill see it pop up next week's billing cycle, so why not this?

Anyways, all the packages up until last monday ie yesterday, are out now, and onthe way.   ill be workign on updating numbers tonight on the site and tomorrow after i come home from therapy and the chairopractor for my neck, ill try to get the new ones cupped and posted.

Thirdnicky, those k cups,  tell her to get the ones you can put your own coffee in and you can put your home roast in them and they work fine.  i find that a notch or two finer than the auto drip setting on the grinder and fill the cup to just below the line at the top it turns out pretty good.

I am processing this weeks orders and they will be out later today and in tomorrow's ups batch.

everything that was ordered prior to  say june 14 is already on the road and should be there by now, with one exception who i am working with now.

Ive been having bad problems with my vertizon internet.
i have the wireless going tothe house,  up until a ehh month ago it's been pretty good, then started getting worse and worse.

well it came to the point where pretty much all last week it was not working, it'd come and go, come and go and reset / re synch / re assign whateverthefuck me in the middle of a session, and pay pal , ups etc do NOT like that in the middle of a session, especially when you have a fraud alert on your account due to attempted hacking.

the account got locked out again, and i had to wait for them to snailmail me a password to get back online to get into it to change my pword yet again to activate it.

in the meantime vertizon finally sent me a new cube for my internet, i just got it today and now we get to see if fixes or not

please give me to tomorrow to grt caught up with all this shit...  yes myfingerts are still in splints .. the shitty typing, but that comes offnext week hopefully..... slwly but surely im getting healef.
