Order Issues

Everything that was ordered up until Sept 30 is in ups hands now.
It's looking like the california / hawaii orders will be hitting by tuesday, the rest of you, sooner.
ups did not actually take custody of the packages until last wednesday because of the holiday weekend so that didn't help much but they ARE on their ways

I ordered 5# Peru Las Damas, 5# K Dragon and 5# Guatamala Los Volcanes

I got 5# K Dragon (good) but then 5# Chiapas and 5# Panama Santa Clara

They are at the drop off point, he was having issues with his scanner, it's a bit late so ups probably wont pick up until tomorrow anyways.

TWO orders not on the way, I am already in contact with the people working on it.

just brought the last of 42 boxes and over 600 lbs of coffee ordered from thurs to now to them.

Current issues.

Steve - your box is on the way,   it's scheduled to deliver monday, however being a fed holiday it might not show until tuesday but it is in process.

M.M.  YOUR package got mis- stacked and is still sitting in the pick up place, it actually was there since last wednesday.... THAT has been corrected and it is supposed to go out mon-tues,  as soon as the ups driver shows up it's waiting for him.

J.G.  yours.. ill have to make a call,  it went to a distribution center then went 404 from there.  If it turns out lost, they'll reimburse me directly, ill inform you and issue a brand new package with new tracking number.

Hello everyone.

Just got back in town last night.
Was not expecting to be out for over a week, this was supposed to only be a 3 day job 

anyways,  orders are backed up,  and i am working on them now

ALL ORDERS WILL BE IN UPS HANDS AT END OF THE DAY TODAY.

I have one order to Oregon that somehow got destroyed it appears, and they are not telling me any info on that. I'll have to call on the phone and figure out WTF happened there.

250 dollars worth of coffee and they are denying the claim,  F you assholes, i don't give up that easy. i'll be on the phone with them, as SOON as i find out exactly what happened ill get in contact with the customer and let them know the new tracking and ship date.  The fact that they are hiding it, won't show me photos, and immediately 'disposed' of it, tells me the package got stolen again, FROM THEM !!

I just got back into jacksonville late last night.
was holed up in a south georgia hospital / hotel after an accident on the highway.
im fine, had to put new tires on the truck front, banged my head, but im fine, that was actually after the accident, helping someone out of a car.

truck came across the highway into our lane, spreading shit everywhere,  i managed to miss it all, almost, something caught my front tire and took out the sidewall so i ended up in the ditch instead of pulled over quietly.  was fine but people trapped in vehicle, in my haste to get the lady out i smacked my head on the corner of the door and knotted / busted my head needed a few stitches.  i didn't want to do anything but they kind of insisted i goto the er to get it checked out, so i was kind of dragged there kicking and screaming.,  spent the next day getting tires and a alignment on the truck, and my keyfob got ruined, (totally different story there) so several hoursfor them to find a new fob and get it programmed., tuesday evening all that shit fixed, it's like 8 pm i said im gonna just stay here another night, don't feel like running home, got home wednesday about noon after getting my stuff from the track and ill be honest when i got home i just collapsed in bed.

so here it is thursday and im working on all the orders.  by tomorrow say 930 am everything will be in the shippers pick up spot waiting to get grabbed by the ups.

if there are any issues ill reach out one by one
